Tenn-Share's 2021-2023 Strategic Goals On July 21st, 2021 our board met and plotted out 3 areas of focus for fiscal years 2021-23. 1) Organizational Infrastructure refers to how the business of Tenn-Share gets done by staff, board members and volunteers. 2) Librarian Engagement is about how Tenn-Share will work to deepen relationships with librarians and library workers across the state to better serve their needs and use those relationships to guide and grow our work. 3) Financial Sustainability is focused around diversifying and increasing revenue streams to ensure that Tenn-Share is not only covering expenses but is poised for future growth which aligns with the needs of our membership.
