Tenn-Share typically hosts three events each year - DataFest, School Library Collection Fair and Fall Conference.

The Tenn-Share DataFest is a free day-long vendor fair and conference held each year at the Nashville Public Library Conference Center.

Each year's DataFest Committee meets in the late spring and summer to determine the "hot" areas in electronic resources. A number of themes are developed, and vendors are invited to present certain products in 25-minutes sessions. Because of space limitations, DataFest vendors do not have exhibit space, although they are welcome to meet with interested librarians in the hospitality room.

The DataFest Committee strives to offer our members several resources in the same category or subject area for comparison purposes. We also attempt to appeal to all our membership types: academic, public, school, and special.

School Library Collection Fair

The School Library Collection Fair invites all of your favorite vendors, publishers and database distributors that serve the school library market. The fair is free to attend and but registration is appreciated. Breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided; lunch is on your own. School librarians from across Tennessee are welcome.

Fall Conference

Tenn-Share hosts a Fall Conference every year, focusing on resource-sharing opportunities for all types of libraries.

Future Dates

DataFest and School Library Collection Fair will be held the last Thursday in September, unless otherwise noted.  Fall Conference is the Friday following DataFest and School Library Collection Fair.
