Tenn-Share invites you to learn practical strategies to advocate for your library from the experts at EveryLibrary, a nonprofit social welfare organization chartered to work on local library ballot initiatives. Join John Chrastka and Patrick Sweeney from EveryLibrarywho have planned these days to be productive and relevant for staff at ALL library types.
 
EveryLibrary helps public, school and academic libraries achieve their funding goals through successful negotiating, donor development, and winning bonding, tax and advisory referenda, assuring stable funding and access to
libraries for years to come.

Middle Tennessee workshop on Tuesday, March 19 - Goodwill Industries Herman Street Office
West Tennessee workshop on Thursday, March 21 - University of Memphis Library
    
9am - 9:30am: Gather and network
9:30am - 12:30pm: Lecture / Discussion (Break at 11:15am)
12:30p - 1pm: Lunch (working, if possible)
1pm - 1:25pm: 'Refocus' exercise (transition to breakouts)
1:30pm - 2:50pm: Breakouts
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Recap discussion
Adjourn by 3:30pm local time
