ShareFest 2015 Call for Proposals

DataFest and Fall Conference are being combined this year into a one-day event called ShareFest: A Digital Leadership Conference! Tenn-Share invites program proposals for the Friday, October 23, 2015, conference to be held at the Nashville Public Library's Conference Center. As at last year’s DataFest and Fall Conference, there will be two presentation durations available: full 50-minute presentations and 10-for-Tenn presentations, which are 10-minutes-or-less presentations, ideal for introducing a new strategy, concept or resource. Library staff and students from all library types, departmental roles and years of experience are encouraged to submit.

Form here: Proposals should be informative and relevant, based on theory, research, or practice; encourage opportunities for learner engagement; and/or demonstrate application to the work of participants. E-resource trends, big questions, selection, use, evaluation and promotion are especially encouraged.

We want to hear about your staff and library’s cutting edge ideas, best practices and approaches for different types of users based on or supported by research, and stimulating and provocative discussion topics related to resource-sharing or e-resources!

Tenn-Share will host the School LIbrary Collection Fair on the same date, in the same location.
