The Audit Committee is responsible for an annual audit of the financial records and organizational effectiveness of Tenn-Share.

The DataFest Committee's main objective is to plan, organize and present the annual Tenn-Share DataFest.
The Digital Library of Tennessee (DLTN, formerly Volunteer Voices) Committee is responsible for promoting the development of the Volunteer Voices project and works in conjunction with the hosting institution.

Always chaired by the Tenn-Share Vice President/President-Elect, the Fall Conference Program Planning Committee
decides on and then carries through the theme of the annual Tenn-Share Fall Conference. Committee members change along with the theme of each year's conference. The Fall Conference Core Committee
oversees the logistics of the annual Tenn-Share Conference, working with the Program Planning Committee to assist in all arrangements.

The Finance Committee is chaired by the Tenn-Share Treasurer, and its members are the Tenn-Share Executive Board and the Executive Director. The committee reviews and presents the annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval, and advises the staff and Board of Directors on financial matters as they arise.

The K-12 eBook Project is investigating the possibility of Tenn-Share providing an eBook collection for K-12 schools throughout Tennessee.

The Marketing Committee advises on marketing materials and outreach efforts.

The Membership Committee, with the help of the Executive Director, is responsible for maintaining and increasing the membership of the organization. It follows an established calendar and procedures to encourage membership renewals and promotes recruitment of new members.

The Tenn-Share Past President serves as chair of this committee, appointing three or more members to solicit nominations to fill vacant Board positions and nominations for the Tennessee Resource Sharing Award.

The Share Your Stuff Committee is responsible for investigating and promoting methods of resource sharing including shared catalogs, interlibrary loan and courier service.

The TSERC Committee's Charge: To achieve cost savings through consortial purchasing of electronic resources by investigating methods, determining priorities, and encouraging participation. The committee will work with various agencies, including providing input and advisement on content for the Tennessee Electronic Library.

The Web Committee is responsible for the development and maintenance of Tenn-Share's web presence, including, but not limited to, the Tenn-Share website and Tenn-Share's social media presence. The committee may also make recommendations for the general technology needs of Tenn-Share outside of the web environment.
