Committee members are appointed by the Chair in October of each year.
Major objectives:
The Tenn-Share Past President serves as chair of this committee, appointing three or more members to solicit nominations to fill Board positions made vacant by the completion of regular terms or terms held on an interim basis due to unanticipated vacancies, and to hold the elections therefore. This committee also solicits nominations for the Tennessee Resource Sharing Award.
